Robby, being that I don't ever (and have never personally) used or tested that tire size on an M3, I can't say for sure how much your speedo will be off. As for the car feeling slower, the only thing I can think of is the fact that your tire is taller than the one that came off of there, but that may be illusional depending if your speedometer is off. sorry I couldn't be more informative, but this is a custom size on that car, that I don't have any experience with
