If you are going to take the time to vent on the forum you should at least give more specific information about your purchase or at least identify yourself.

This forum is designed as an exchange of information, however if there is an issue with an order you have placed we will certainly assist you, but please help us by contacting us, your original salesperson, or our customer service department who can help & resolve a matter to your satisfaction.

Your post as you have described has not provided us with any information we might use to identify you or your order.

Thanks
Eddie

: I have a few beefs with Tire rack.

: The only reason why I'd buy tires from them again is because of the service I got from the same guy. The only one I'd ever call.

: But, I am kinda of dissapointed with the wheels I recieved. After paying alot of money for a set of rims and tires. I get plain jane rubber stems, no nice alluminum ones. On top of it, 2 valve cores were leaking. My time and money that shouldn't have been wasted like this.

: I just hope they tighten up on who ever puts the wheels on the rims. Make sure they are doing their job please.
