Both are really very nice tires, and I definitely recommend them- he REe730s are a very good bang for the buck, but the biggest difference is inside the tires.

The Firestone technologies used to develop and produce the Firehawk SZ50 EP is called "UNI-T AQ," which stands for "Ultimate Tire Technology, Advanced Quality."

UNI-T incorporates innovative beads, unique carcass shapes and tread designs that are tuned for performance and comfort.
The AQ technology that enhances worn tire wet traction is actually inside the tread. The Firehawk SZ50 EP has a unique Dual-Layer Tread which has two rubber compounds, one layered on top of the other. As the top layer wears to about half tread depth, it begins to expose the underlayer which offers even more wet grip. This helps reduce the natural tendency for a tire's wet traction to decline as the tread's groove depth wears away. The Firehawk SZ50 EP keeps wet traction up, even as its tread wears down. This is also found in the Bridgestone Potenza S02 Pole Position which is the next step above them, and regarded as the best of the best in tires.

Th RE730s are positioned as a step below the SZ50EPs, and while they will be similar, you will still find the compounds in the SZ50EPs will produce better dry, better wet, and a longer lasting tire that you would be able to see putting the tires thru it paces.

If you want to discuss further,or place your order, call me direct when you are ready!

Thanks!
