Breyton Inspiration Quality Concerns (archive)

In the E39 forum, the Breyton Inspiration (and Breyton in general) has taken a number of negative posts relative to the quality (or lack there of) of the wheels relative to the competition.

One person wrote the following recently, "I tried to order Breyton Inspirations from the Tire Rack and I was told it would take two months. The salesman told me they had just sent an entire shipment back because of 'quality problems'. I eally liked the look but I didn't want to wait that long so I went with the BBS RK's."

Since I just ordered a set from TireRack, this negative dialouge raised a bit of concern. Couple of questions:

1) Is the above statement attributed to TireRack true?
2) Relative to other 18" and 19" cast wheels, are you getting more or less complaints on quality, ease of bending, etc.?
