I'm thinking about going 17x8 wheels all around, with 235/40 tires. The car is used mostly for hard and aggressive street driving and some autocross and maybe driving school/tracks.

For tires, I have narrowed the choices down to two - Michellin Pilot Sport and Bridgestone S02 PP. But I think I'm leaning toward the S02s for their better wet performance, cheaper price and longer wear.

When it comes to wheels, I'm really clueless. I like the look of BBS RX-II, but it's really pricy. So I end up settling for BBS RC instead. What are the main difference, besides design, between the two? Weight?

Thanks!

:-)
