Can I put 195/60/15 on std E36 Steel wheels (more) (archive)

Can I put 195/60/15 on standard BMW e36 steel wheels. The steel's presently have 185/65/15's.

Also will this be o.k. with 185/65/15s on the front or should I change them as well.
