The car is a 1992 316i (UK only). The tyres on the rear are worn but the fronts are fine. With respect to the staggered tyres, I was going to keep 185/65/15 on the front and 195/60/15 on the rear to try and balance them out. Any suggestions on how I would do this properly as I am no expert, or should I simply replace all the tyres with 195/60/15 (not really a good option as I am skint)
