I guess it's probably not practical to do so since you're gainfully employed by Tirerack, but I wouldn't sell that guy anything. Some people are more trouble to deal with than they are worth as a customer. I keep wondering when people started thinking they could get more done by being nasty than nice. Life's too short and I'm sure you have enough good customers not to worry about the ones like this. Hang tough!
