Question for tire rack guys (archive)

I recently just purchased 4 AVS Sports 225/45, 245/40 and just took the car to the dealership to have it aligned. They just called me and said that the car was pulling to the right after they aligned it. They think that one of the front tires is damaged. Do you think this could really be the case.
