: Hi fellow BMW lovers,
: First of all, pardon me for the long post. =)

: I am currently driving a '92 E32 735I and since I've owned this bimmer from day 1 I am getting a little tired with its looks...unfortunately I can't really afford an E38 as they are extremely expensive here in Hong Kong. (A new E38 here cost ~ USD107,700!)
The wheels we have for the car are listed on our web site and we can ship to you via UPS. You can look up the wheels we have for your car on our website by looking at wheels by car. Let me know if I can help. Thank you Jim
: So, I am thinking about fitting some 17" alloys and 235/45 ZR17 tires to my aging bimmer. Is there anything in particular I should look out for? Any potential "harm" I could be looking at due to the rim/tire upgrade? My concern is that the suspension bits are probably a bit long in the tooth and may not welcome the extra work load? And my mechanic here actually suggested that even if I upgrade the rim/tires it is for the better that I DON'T lower the car with shorter springs and sport shocks as it will only help to "shake things lose"!

: And the fact that my younger brother crashed my car onto the sidewalk curb a couple years back - taking out the driver's side front suspension pieces in the process - does not exactly help. Although this has been fixed by BMW dealer here I could feel that the car is not "what it used to be" after the fix.

: BTW, what would be the "correct" tire pressure when I go to the bigger rims/tires combo? Do I follow the recommended pressure on the door sill for the original equipment tires? Or should a different pressure be used?

: Sorry again for the long post and I'd appreciate your valuable input.

: Rgds,

: Richard
