most aftermarket wheels on BMWs require an adapter between the hub (the center piece in between all of the holes for the lug bolts) and the wheel. For BMWs to be shake-free, the wheel MUST fit tightly against this center piece, without any lug bolts on. These rings are usually small black plastic pieces. If you didn't put these on, that would explain the shakes.

Bear in mind, I do not work for TR so I have no idea what the center bore is on your MM wheels, so the MMs may not need these spacers.
