Our customer's have had great success with the Bridgestone line of tires. They do a superb job of engineering and building tires. If you read our tests, you will see that their tires always do well. We do have a great working relationship with Bridgestone. They do listen to the suggestions we and our customer’s have about new sizes or products. They give us great warranty support also.
That said, we have similar relationships with all of our tire vendors. We have a large inventory of tires from 14 different tire manufactures to ensure we have the correct product in stock for each customer.
Our goal is not to sell a specific brand but the tire that meets the individual’s specific needs. Every driver has different requirements for their tires depending on the driving conditions, vehicle, and driving style. We try to match the tire that will meet those needs the best. If you are getting the same recommendations from different sales reps, it is most likely that the tires really do meet your needs.
We have 3 BMW 328ics that we run road and track tests on different tires so that our reps can give you accurate advice. We base our recommendations on both the subjective feel of the tires and the objective track times. Every member of our sales team runs the same coarse on the same tires. Our trainer then takes the completed evaluation forms and times and compiles the results into the test results you see posted on our site.
The compiled results give our reps a record of the test to review to ensure they are always giving the best advice.
We feel that we are much more likely to get the opportunity to help the customer in the future if we focus on the best tire for the driver.
