The offset difference between the Mille Miglias and the OE wheels is very small and will not cause any problems with the car. In most cases if the offset is off enough to cause a drivability problem the tires will make contact with the body work. Many of the current wheels we sell for your car have the same specs and meet TUV standards for use.
