I have a 323i, we use 328Cis as our test vehicles, I am very familiar with it.

If you were able to fit it onto the car, it still is NOT A PROPER FIT. The overall diameter is at 26.0", which stock OD should be about 24.7-25.0".

I still would be suprised if you could make it work w/o rubbing withthe car lowered or loaded. as I mentioned the other day, it will not be a proper fit, for the reasons I mentioned.
