I have looked into your order and found the error we made. When we received our shipment of wheels from ATP we entered them all on our computer as wheels with a silver painted face with a machined aluminum lip. This allocated and shipped many of the orders we had both tires and wheels in stock for. As we went through our inventory we found a quantity of the wheels were actually all silver painted. When we took these off inventory, we were short wheels for some customers. Unfortunately, your order was one of the orders caught by our error.
This is not meant to excuse us from our error but as an explanation.
We have the all silver painted wheels in stock and we have more of the wheels you ordered on shipment due to our warehouse on the 14th.
We have changed the way these wheels are checked in and entered on our computer to avoid this error in the future.
