I don't know where you got that idea. My response to Matthew was based on the tone, the vitriol, and ad-nauseum repetition on this board to his problem. His SPECIFIC posts and no others.

If a retailer provides sub-standard service, they should be held accountable. But how many posts such as Matthew's on one issue are appropriate?

I haven't counted, but it seems as if Matthew has made dozens of posts on this same issue. Many of those posts were way out of line ("I hate you, I hate you..."). This is unbelievably immature...what I might expect of a recalcitrant teen whose parent has grounded him. Not at all appropriate here, IMHO.

I believe the intent of this forum is to provide a venue for the open exchange of helpful information about tires, wheels, and suspension components for BMW's, not for the waging of one individual's personal vendetta.

I have no problem with the post you refer to.

: John seems to think (see his response to Matthew below), that nobody here cares about your problem, and that nobody at Tirerack "...is going to lose any sleep..." over losing business from him. Maybe the same is true for you. We wouldn't want anyone to lose sleep would we? My suggestion find another site and get your wheels there. There's lots of great wheels and great prices too!
