1) Need to dial in max negative camber (about 2 1/2 degrees)
2) Typically add a 5mm spacer & longer lugbolts to acommodate
3) Depending on other car factors (wheel offset/lowering, etc.), roll fender lips on front to acommodate additional clearance.

So while I know it has been done it will require work....
