Breyton Magic's on a 318ti (archive)

I have a 1998 318ti, I have M3 lightweight style rims on it now, but two are really bent up. I was considering Breyton Magic 17x8.5 front 17x9.5 rear. Will I need to roll my fenders? What are the weights on these wheels. I would like some really wide wheels, but also kind of lightweight, that look nice.
