Tire Rack Guys....maybe I was a little harsh... (archive)

I do admit that I did act out of anger when I posted those comments. I am just tired as well are others of paying good money for merchandise and not being happy in the end. When you purchase something and the sale doesnt go good, it can be the most upsetting thing. I apologize for acting on other customer comments when I myself have never given you guys a chance. I had just recieved many emails from people saying not to go with you guys. BUT However, after reviewing other comments, some are genuinely satisfied. I can not base my judgement on others self opinions and "hearsay". So with that being said, your reply to my childish anger was very professional and called for. It would of been different if I actually had a problem.

So to make a better judgement on this issue, I have reconsidered and I would like to try and make a purchase of some 19 inch wheels and tires for my car. If this sounds good to you guys, please email me. I will contact you soon. I live in the bay area and I would love to recommend you to many friends who live here also if everything goes as good as you guys promise.

I will be sure and keep everyone else posted on my whole experience if I do purchase a set of tires and rims from tire rack.
