Just bought some rims and wheels. I received the wheels yesterday without any lugs. Is it safe to use the factory lugs with these wheels. I went from 16 inch factory wheels to 18s. I'm concerned with any vibration or the strength of the factory lugs. Don't the wheels usually ship with a new set of lugs??
