Isn't it a little bassackwards to spend a gizillion $$$$ on wheels, and cut corners on the tires. Why not keep the wheels and go with S02PP/Pilot Sport/P Zero R, and get better performance.

Ready to pick-up a new set of 225/40/18s and wondering if you guys could compare and suggest one of the three based on the following concerns!?

The tires are going to be for everyday driving! Very little track use if any, but still having fun on the favorite back roads and twisties often! Looking for;

- Low road noise

- Good wet & dry traction

- Tread wear life

- Durable for some of the nasty city streets

With that in mind, which 225/40/18 should I get? The Yokohama Parada, Sumitomo HTR ZII, or the Kumho ECSTA Supra 712??

Thanks for the help....
