You are free to put any size tire you wish on your car. We do not see the point of putting on such an odd size. From our exprience(I have been in the wheel and tire business 12 years and we have had BMW as tire test vehicles for 5 years,3yrs in E36, the last two in E46)the sizes you recommend detract from the reason most of our cusotmers buy BMWs- the joy of driving a well balanced automobile.

This is not a personal attack. The sizes you are suggesting may work best for your driving. I simply want to state the problems that others might encounter so they don't make an expensive mistake.
