I will never order anything from Tire Rack agian. Here is the situation. I ordered a wheels package about three months ago and I am still waiting. I have talked to people at Tire rack, But they keep giving me the run around. They say"Oh it should be shipping on this day". Or,"It should be shipping on that day. Well They were wrong all 4 times I Have called. I finally talked to woody,one of the reps there. He said they should be shipped out on the 19th which was on wed. Well I I recieved the tracking numbers and looked it up today. I couldnt believe it, I have been waitng for three months and they have the nerve to send them 5 day ground. What the hell is that. I wounder how many other people they have lied to. Anyway, I did not intend for this to be a long shed me a tear letter. I just wanted people to know who they are dealing with, and if they do decide to go with the Tire Rack be carefull.
