Unfortunately there are other considerations than just bolt pattern and offset that relate to the actual construction and shape of the wheel. Wheel application is more than just the numbers. We and the manufacturers we offer use engineering drawings of both wheels and hub assemblies and test fitments on the cars as part of their application approval process. I would be cautious if a company requires you to find if their product fits on your car.

We really can't give you enough information to determine a safe application.
