the type H is a nice way to go. It is a strong wheel that is very easy to clean, essentially your basic 5 star. I would also look at the Type B if I were you, it's about the same price and it is a newer design (just a thought). As far as the tires are concerned, the 910 is the best wet and dry performer of the tires mentioned. They are also nice and long lasting at 60,000 miles.
