I used to run 235/40/18s all around and still do up front on 18x8 SSR Integrals at first and now Hamann PG2s 18x8.5. And I have H&R Race Springs/Bilstein shocks explain that one to me. I also purchased my rims/tires from "TireRack" I have heard many ppl complain about the "SERVICE" if that is what you want to call it from tirerack. And tirerack telling them that certain setups wont work. Either you dont need/want their business or your just stupid.
I realize that you want to go wider, but the 235/40/18 is just too tall. At 25.4 inches overall
diameter there is no way a stock ride height car will accomidate a 235/40/18, and with the springs there is just no way! If you want to discuss other options let me know

p.s. Also as you can see there are only 2 of us moderating the forum as of now. If you need an IMMIDIATE answer to your question it is always fastest to call direct! Thanks
