While I am never happy to see any type of customer (past, present, or future) unhappy, please bear one fact in mind........ WE ARE NOT BRIDGESTONE! We do sell a many Bridgestone tires, however if the source quits making a tire we can make it appear just because we are The Tire Rack. A quick post on this board, an email to myself (or any other Tirerack team member), or a phone call could have put an end to this entire situation before it ever began. Also please bear in mind that magazines do require us to give them the ads in advance so that they have time to prepare as well. I apologize for your situation, and am happy to help you find an alternate size or tire, but please leave this board for those who want and need wheel and tire info. This is not the correct place for dirty laundry and your problems are solved much more effectivly by other means.
