Eibach and tire rotation (archive)

I have just installed 4 Dunlop SP Sport 5000 Asymm. 235/45/17's on my 97 BMW non-sport 528i along with 8 x 17 BMW wheels. I am planning on installing Eibach pro kit with my stock shocks(45k miles. Recommendations on progressive vs. non prog. springs and should I rotate these tires and in what pattern? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
