Offset for 85 5 series & 93 3 series (archive)

Do you know the stock offsets for a 1985 5 series with 14" wheels and likewise for a 1993 3 series with 15" rims. Whatever the offset does tirerack sell the appropriate spacers? If not would you know where to purchase them? Appreciate any help here.
