Dear anonymous poster, How can I help you if you do not even give me a trace as to who you are??? People are human and sometimes make mistakes. If we ever do have an accident of this sort, I am always the first person to tell the customer to go to their favorite place and send me the bill. My employees and myself try extremely hard to make sure that all of our customers are taken care of in the best possible manner (as I was when I was a Tirerack customer for many years before I was employed here). If you are sincerely looking for help, I have a piece of advice..... try asking for it instead of flaming on this board!
