I had a minor problem with my order. Wrote and talked to my original salesman and one of the managers at Tire Rack. Even though I was a wee bit....OK maybe a lot....emotional (as a lot of BMW owners are), I have to admit that everyone at Tire Rack remained very calm and solved the problem. I am beginning to wonder if those posting negative flames on this board are really customers with a problem or a Tire Rack's competitors?
