Mike, I do apologize, not sure what happened, but I do remember your email and I thought I had answered it. In my message I basically stated to give my customer service a call @ 800.428.835 x360 so that we could have the wheels rebalanced locally at our cost. Sorry for any inconvineince. If the problem is not yet resolved this morning feel free to give me a call direct as well and I can get you to the right people, thanks

I called that phone many times when You guys sold me a defective set of Eibach springs. I talked to some guy called Jairo. In the end, neither Tire Rack, nor Eibach(I called them too, they were worse than Tirerack) gave me a decent response, It cost me over 1000$, ruined new tires, spring set, labor to mount, and labor to un-mount.
I still have the springs in my garage. as a remainder of where not to do business, and what not to buy.
