Aaron,

I did get a call the day after I posted this, and an offer to get the wheels rebalanced. I took the car to a Firestone dealer, and told them what the deal was, as I was curious about which wheels were out of balance, etc. Anyway, here's the score. Out of the 4 wheels, 1 was balanced correctly, the other 3 were at least 1/4 ounce off. The ride is really smooth now, all of the vibration is gone. I appreciate your guys responding to this, and I'll be ordering my next set of wheels from you for sure.

Mike

Mike, I do apologize, not sure what happened, but I do remember your email and I thought I had answered it. In my message I basically stated to give my customer service a call @ 800.428.835 x360 so that we could have the wheels rebalanced locally at our cost. Sorry for any inconvineince. If the problem is not yet resolved this morning feel free to give me a call direct as well and I can get you to the right people, thanks
Aaron
