I have spoken to Aaron once on the phone and I was given some of the best customer treatment in my life. It seems as if everyone gets good service yet there are a few people who want to taint the Image and reputation Tire Rack has worked so hard for. What are you going to gain by doing this? NOTHING. I highly doubt that Tire Rack gives only 95% of their customers satisfactory service leaving the other 5% up in arms such as yourself.
Tire Rack has alot of experience in their field, it is unlikey they make simple mistakes like this.
If they do, it was probably an accident- just like how you forgot to post a valid name and email address. If you want your voice to be heard and taken seriously, you must be credible.

Thanks for your advise. If you click on my name on my posting, your computer will open a new message window for you to contact me.
If the Tirerack cared, they could also contact me and see to it that I can return the defective Eibach Pro Kit. It will not cost them anything, because they can return it to Eibach for credit.
I have been their satisfied customer for over 15 years. I even bought the replacement of the tires ruined by their Pro Kit from them.
It is just that they do not care about some customers.
I will continue to warn this board against Eibach products
