Diffrent cars use diffrent part numbers, thus they are not the same wheel. It is the same as saying why is a 245/45/17 brand x tire #100 a diffrent price than the 245/50/17 brand X tire #100. It is not biased one way or another by marque of vehicle, some applications are just plain more expensive to build so the manfacturers charge more for them. Hope that helps.
