Steve, being that both of those cars are E28 chassis 5 series cars, the wheels would be interchangable, however we never really use 14 inch wheels on the 533I. You will want to test fit them on the 533 to make sure that you have enough brake caliper clearance roon on the 533. Otherwise you shouldn't have any other major issues that I see standing in your way.
