What is the best way to remove the adhesive left on my wheels after the original factory weights have been removed? I used my fingernail to get most of the foam stuff off, but there is still some adhesive on the rim. I have the factory BMW wheels that come on a the 1999 528 w/Sport package -- they are Style 5 cross-spoke composite, bolted BBS wheels. I'm fairly certain that they are clear-coated, and I don't want to damage them. Someone mentioned that rubbing alcohol will work -- but will it hurt the finish? Thanks,
-- Kelly
Use Goo off and then wash with soap and water after you are finished.
