Depends on whet you are going for., The lowering is pretty close on both in terms of the final appearance, although the H&Rs will typically offer a bit more responsiveness & a bit more handling over the Eibachs, which go for just a bit more ride, but not really enough to make a difference. I have the H&Rs on my 323i, aqnd typically I sell more H&Rs for the E46 (good bang for the $$ too!)

Have a 2000 323ci with sport package and was wondering which springs I should use, Eibach pro-kit or H&R sport springs.
