Hows the ride w/ H&R race springs? (archive)

Im considering getting the HR race springs.. but I was concerned w/ the ride quality. I know its going to be stiffer.. but is it a terrible
ride? ie. like those "slammed" hondas that bounce? Also, does the undercarriage scrape? I really want to avoid that.
I already have the sport package suspension on my 328i, so I don't plan on changing my shocks. I just want to lower the gap
between the fender and my 18" rims.
