Mixed rated Dunlop SP5000 (archive)

I had a terrible flat tire (Dunlop SP5000 205/65R15V) this past weekend an had it replaced today. I was afraid to patch a tire that had been sitting with the sidewall folded over all weekend with a two holes in the tread.

I specifically asked for the V-rated tire to match the other three, but they put on an H-rated. Is there any cause for concern?
