99 M5 wheels on E34 (archive)

Does anyone know if the new M5 wheels fit on an E34?
The wheels are 18" x 8" and 9"s. The offset is the same = 20mm. I'm planning to put 245/40 frt and 275/35 rear. Will these tires rub on the shock tower? Any info will be great.
