The bolt pattern and hubcentric centerbore is
identical on the two cars, but the GTi offset
is deeper than the 325 (i didn't know they had
a 325 in '89). You left out the most important
data points - like how wide the wheels are and
what their offset is. You almost assuredly need
double-hubcentric spacers and mucho longer
lugbolts to make them fit your E30. Their
thickness will depend on the width and offset,
whatever it is.

Do this - measure the backspace by laying a
straight-edge across the inner rim edge, then
measure straight down to the hub mounting
surface. I bet it's over 5½ inches deep !
