stuck wheel locks/lugs (archive)

I recently bought a 88 monte carlo. The person before me put a set of wheel locks/lugs on the tires. I have the key but it is pretty well stripped and the lugs are on there extremely tight because the guy used an air gun on them. Is there any way to get these things of so i can change a tire? Any help would be great.
