Recomended PSI for Mich 225/50 ZR 16's Pilot HX (archive)

I have a 97 328is Sport w/ Michelin 225/50 ZR 16's Pilot HX series.

What is the reccomended PSI for every day useage- I Drive approx 70 miles round trip on the high way daily.

Tires still have decent tred- what would you recomend when it is time to replace them
