Dan, most people need to roll the lips and adj camber for 19's on E36 chassis cars at stock ride height.I'm sure you will be able to get them to fit. Most people use a 245/35/19 on the rear, that 265 is bit overboard. It will probaly take quite a bit to get to work, but if you do....send me pics. I've never personally seen a lowered E36 with 19's running anything that wide, so I'd be interested to see how much work it takes. Otherwise, if you want to chat give me a call.
