I see that you say that Tirerack did not respond to you. Did you try giving our customer service, or your salesman a call. If not, please call us and we can see if we can get a solution figured out for you. thanks

AAron, thanks for your suggestion. I have called since two years ago, recently I emailed both Jim and Tim, no answer. I do not know how you got the JD award.
My next step is to file a report with the NTSA about the sale of defective, unsafe, not-roadworthy springs by the Tire RACK. I will also file a complaint with TUV in Germany.
Maybe we can have a recall
