I apologize for our slow response to the problem you experienced. In reviewing the information it seems that the springs were lower than expected from the start. This is a problem with Mercedes that has become know to us since you made your purchase. Mercedes adjusts the factory ride height of their cars by inserting rubber shims between the spring perch and the spring. They range in size from 8mm to 23mm. This has usually been the problem. I had understood that when you put them on they were fine but colapsed with use. Springs do compress some with use but usualy not enough to cause a problem. We will take the springs back and credit for springs and labor to put them on and take them off.
