Mille Magnia compare with BMW wheels? (Aaron) (archive)

I'm looking for winter wheels and tires and was wondering how the Mille Miglia (Cello) compare with the BMW radial styling 32. Mainly the quality differences between the two Will the Cello fit a 2000 540iA with sport package.
