Are my new Arctic Alpins directional tires? I was looking at them last night and saw a pretty big arrow on the inside of the tire. My uneducated deduction is that that means they are directional, true?

For directional tires, is there any recommendation for rotating, or do you just put them on and drive until they need to be replaced?
