I have Bridgestone Turanza ER30's on my 330Ci. They seem quite secure in the wet and fair in the dry. The ride is OK, but appear v. noisy on many surfaces. Can I improve the overall performance (good wet, improving the dry handling and cutting down the noise with no deterioration in ride) by changing the tires? I am considering Michelin Pilot Sport, Bridgestone Potenza RE40 and Dunlop SP9000 - all from the OEM list, or any other suggestions will be helpful.

The rims are 225/45/17. I drive mainly urban with highway.

Many thanks.

J.
